"We did not have the means of following a student throughout their coursework. When the American Culinary Federation does their accreditation visit they want to see a student and what they've done throughout the program. MyCulinaryLab gives us the capability to see how a student has completed the coursework necessary to graduate. It also gives our instructors the ability to assign work outside of class so that more time can be spent in the kitchen completing cooking labs."
